Fighter
Practice
Medieval
armored combat practices are held Thursday nights at
the Hawthorne Cultural Center, at 1200 Carpenter Street (12th and Carpenter).
Carpenter is about
half-way between Washington and South Streets. The door is on the Carpenter
Street side of the building.
We have the space from 7:30 PM until 10 PM. Parking is on the street, but
you can pull up on the sidewalk by the door to unload if you like. We will
try this site out for a while and see if it works.

Fencing
Practice
Period rapier combat class
is held Wednesdays from 7:30pm - 10:00pm. For more information, email the

Practice

the gentle art of dance with us!
The Canton of Gleann nam Feòrag Dhuibhe holds European-style dance practice on the second Monday of each month. Check the Canton's website for location and time.
The monthly Baronial Meeting is held on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:30 at Cliveden, a historic house museum located at 6401 Germantown Ave., or at Uppsala, an historic house located directly across the street from Cliveden. The Bailiwick of Ivyeinrust meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30. NOTE: July's meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 23, due to scheduling conflicts. Contact Ivy's Seneschal for location information.

Archery happens as weather allows and schedule permits, at the Wapiti archery range. Contact Lord Cynon, Captain of Archers, for more information.
The archery range is located less than 10 minutes off the Ft. Washington exit of the PA turnpike, on Bethlehem Pike. Maps are available here and here; email Cynon for more information.
Our neighbors in the
Shire of Hartshorne-Dale have archery practices on Tuesdays at the Limerick
Bowmen Archery Club in Schwenksville, PA (about 40 miles from Center City
Philadelphia.) Email Elizabeth Marshall for more information.
Thrown weapons practices are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month at 6:15 during the warm months when the sun is up longest. In order to throw, you must wear closed-toe shoes. Email Lord Cal, the Baronial Thrown Weapons marshal, for location and more info.
There is a Garb Workshop held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 6:15. Contact Lady Alesia for location and directions.

Samuil Glukhoi hosts a Bardic Circle at 7:00pm on the first Tuesday of each month. Contact Samuil for directions and information.
