Events
Bhakail Yule
Event steward Grainne reported that the event planning is going well. Preregistrations are coming in on Paypal. Requests will be going out for kitchen help, and event setup and breakdown.
Tavern 2026
A bid is anticipated soon from Aiden, with an event date of January 31, 2026 at the German Society.
Old Business
Shower trailer for Pennsic
Darmon and Alexander are working on a proposal that they plan to submit to the populace at the November business meeting for funding of a shower that would be housed in a trailer for the Bhakail encampment at Pennsic.
