Events
Bhakail Yule
Event steward Grainne reported the planning is going well. We have a good number of pre-registrations coming in. Volunteers are sought for gate, kitchen help, and event setup and breakdown. Reminder that the pre-registration deadline is December 3.
Tavern 2026
A bid was submitted by Aiden and has been approved by the financial committee. A vote was held and it was approved by the Barony.
Waking of the Salemander 2026
Eyfura has expressed interest is serving as event steward. Please contact her at 302147@members.eastkingdom.org if you are interested in being involved.
New business
Baronial Budget for 2026
Ellyn will be sending each officer and marshal in charge of baronial practices a form to fill out and submit for any operating budget requests to serve as a starting point for preparing an annual Bhakail budget for 2026. The request will be to submit the completed form by the December 2025 business meeting. The information will then be compiled and discussed by the Council of the Exchequer.
Old Business
Shower trailer for Pennsic
Darmon and Alexander have prepared a proposal for baronial support of purchase and build of a new shower trailer for the Bhakail encampment at Pennsic. The request will have a cost of approximately $8,000. A request is going to be submitted to the Council of the Exchequer.
