February 2026 Officer Reports
Following are the monthly officer reports that have been submitted prior to the Bhakail monthly business meeting of February 19, 2026.
Coronet – Baron Mikael melrakki
Last month’s Baronial Craft Session will be held this Sunday 2/22/2026. We will doing the final painting of the Salamander that was at Tavern.
And speaking of Tavern, many thanks to the staff who put the event together. Once again, it was an enjoyable time.
Welcome our new Gaming Champion, Ellory Snell. Vivat.
The Baronial Bardic Competition has been delayed until Waking of the Salamander.

The 2025 End-of-Year financial report for Bhakail was submitted to the East Kingdom Exchequer on January 30, 2026. Here is a summary of the comparative balance statement comparing the assets, liabilities, and net worth of the Barony at the beginning and end of 2025:

2026 has brought many changes to SCA Inc. financial policies and operations, including a new financial policy, exchequers handbook, quarterly financial reporting form, and event reporting form. These will all impact how local groups must manage finances and other assets.

Rapier Marshal – Don Melchior Kriebel
Bhakail Rapier practice continued to be held at the Reform Lutheran Church in Media, PA. Attendance was moderate to heavy.
Note that rapier practice will shift from 7:30-9:30 to 8-10PM starting Feb 18th and continuing for six weeks during Lent so as not to interfere with church activities.
