March 2026 Officer Reports
Following are the monthly officer reports that have been submitted prior to the Bhakail monthly business meeting of March 18, 2026.
Coronet – Baron Mikael melrakki
Spring is arriving and time to start doing stuff. So go out and do stuff.
April’s craft day will be making pouches for largesse. These will be simple pouches that can be given out to newcomers. Date and location TBD
Social Media (Deputy to the Seneschal) – Magnifica Scolastica Capellaria
We continue to have functioning social media! As a reminder to all, we operate a facebook group, a discord, instagram and an email list. Please use the email list for all official business.
There has been some confusion/discussion about facebook events for the east kingdom. It has been determined that Event Stewards of events CAN create facebook events for their events. However the “East Kingdom” facebook page must be a co-host for the facebook event. Please remember that any official information should be included in the event announcement and not be limited to facebook. Please remember to share important information to the Email list regarding events as email is the official communication of the barony.

Archery Marshal – Lady Ellyn Grene
Thanks to Sabine for hosting an archery equipment repair gathering last Sunday to prepare for the upcoming season. See below for announcements for a range work day and the first practice of spring.
Thrown Weapons Marshal – Kenarri Mikael melrakki
Yard Cleanup and Target Construction will be occurring on Sunday, March 29th (weather permitting). Thrown weapons and archery practices to start the following week.
