Court Report – Tavern of the Mask and Rat
Oyez! Oyez!
All hear these words of news from the Court of His Excellency, Baron Muin maqq Minain!
Yesterday evening, January 23rd, Anno Societatis LV, at Tavern of the Mask and Rat, the following good and worthy gentles were called before His Court and recognized for their talents, service, and contributions to our Barony.
Yamamori of Anglesey was recognized for talent with hammer and anvil, the excellence and beauty of his smithing, and so inducted into the Order of the Harlequin.
David Anthony, called the Foxy Bard, was praised for the joy which both his music and his cooking bring to the Populace, especially in this time of Plague, and so, too, was inducted into the Order of the Harlequin.
Mistress Scheherazade al-Zahira was spoken of with great delight for her long service to the Barony, so often done in quiet and subtle ways that mean much more than she may realize on first blush, and so was inducted into the Order of the Horse.
Máistir Mael Eoin mac Echuidh was then called before His Excellency, where his strength and dedication not only in dark times, but over long years, and proven with talents and qualities too many to number or name, were honored with his induction into the Order of the Crucible, a rare recognition granted to those whose spirits and whose action embody the spirit of Bhakail itself.
Thus concluded the third ethereal Court of His Excellency, the Great Calamity, Baron Muin maqq Minain.
In service,
Ragna Grímólfsdóttir
