Here’s the menus for this wonderful event coming up on June 3.

Bread with Savory Toasted Cheese

Peiouns stewed (peas stewed with garlic and herbs)
Shrimp with vinegar
Ladies’ Thighs served with garlic paste

Rissoles on a Fish Day (dried fruit fritters)

DAYBOARD*
Bread and butter
Another (Eggs)
Fresh and Marinated Vegetables (roasted onions, radishes, carrots)
Cheese
Fruit (oranges, apples, pears)
Fish in Green Sauce (Pompano)
Chick peas or Fried Beans
Cold Sage (chicken with sage)
Tallis (Fruit and Almond bread pudding) and one made without almonds
