Formal Vote at October’s meeting – Salamander Pursuivant

Greetings!

As mentioned recently, we’re trying a new voting service which allows for anonymous voting, which is otherwise tricky to do online.

Having successfully tested the system, I am posting the ballot form and notice today, 10 days ahead of the October meeting.

In order to _submit_ a ballot, you will need a code, which can be requested by emailing me. They’re not tied in any way to you or your email and I will show the ballot creation and tallying process at the meeting to show there is nothing tying individuals back to votes cast and answer any other questions around the service that might pop up.  I may ask for a deputy or two to manage the process going forward, if we determine it’s successful enough (and if we stick with meeting online, which has been the Barony’s preference thus far).
